PEAK Training offers two Nationally Recognised Training Packages:

CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

The Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30113) prepares students for the role of educator in a range of early childhood education settings, operating under the national and state legislative guidelines and regulations provided for education and care services. Educators support the implementation of an approved learning framework to facilitate children’s well-being, learning and development.

PEAK picThe Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (CHC30113) is a nationally recognised qualification from the Community Services Training Package for those who wish to commence a career in the early childhood sector. Employment opportunities for those attaining Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (CHC30113) include Child Care Educator, Family Day Care Educator, Nanny or In Home Care Educator.

PEAK training offers this course via correspondence. It is also available via face-to-face classroom delivery in metropolitan, regional and remote NSW provided there are the required number of students.

The Certificate III contains 18 units which can be studied over a period of 12 months. Students are provided with text books, online resources and ongoing student support from qualified Trainers and Assessors experienced in the early childhood field. Students are required to complete 120 hours of practical experience in a registered early childhood education and care setting. Students will be issued with a nationally recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (CHC30113) upon successful completion of their course.

CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

The Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50113) prepares students for the role of educator in a range of early childhood education settings, operating under the national and state legislative guidelines and regulations provided for education and care services. Educators support the implementation of an approved learning framework to facilitate children’s wellbeing, learning and development.

peak 2The Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50113) is a nationally recognised qualification from the Community Services Training Package. It is a prerequisite for educators who wish to equip themselves for leadership and management positions within the early childhood field such as room leader, family day care service coordinator and centre director.

PEAK training offers this course via correspondence. It is also available via face-to-face classroom delivery in metropolitan, regional and remote NSW provided there are the required number of students.

The Diploma contains 28 units which can be studied over a period of 24 months. Students are provided with text books, online resources and ongoing student support from qualified Trainers and Assessors experienced in the early childhood field. Students are required to complete 240 hours of practical experience in a registered early childhood education and care setting. Students will be issued with a nationally recognised Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50113) upon successful completion of their course.
