The 1800 Toll free number is available to callers across NSW. The 1800 line is staffed by friendly, knowledgeable Project Officers who have extensive knowledge of Family Day Care. They will respond to all enquiries and provide answers to your questions

Individual Service Support

The PSSP provides Individual Service Support to services experiencing difficulties. Family Day Care and In Home Care Services may sometimes experience difficulties with aspects of their service delivery and management, therefore planned supports are designed to effectively resolve concerns as they may arise.

Services are assessed to determine the most appropriate level of support to be offered. The support is then tailored to suit the needs of the service. For more information, click here.

Coaching and Mentoring

The Mentoring Program provides collaborative support facilitated by an experienced children’s services professional in an environment that promotes the sharing of knowledge, leadership, development, career exploration and the building of capacity for Proteges. The aim of the progam is to build the capacity of educators to provide quality care and education for children and their families.
