Terms and Conditions
This promotion is run by the New South Wales Family Day Care Association (NSWFDCA)
ABN 97 377 365 755. Level 1, 1 Sloane St, SUMMER HILL, NSW 2130.
The promotional period begins on 16th June 2023 and ends on 14th July 2023- EXTENDED UNTIL 28TH JULY
To be eligible to enter this promotion, entrants must:
- Be an Australian resident 18 years or over.
- Be a Family Day Care (FDC) Educator currently running FDC in NSW
- Be registered with an Approved FDC service provider in NSW
Entries are limited to one per each FDC educator comprising of no more than 10 Photos
By submitting photos, entrants confirm they have consent from families to share images of their children. (Photos that do not show a child’s face or other identifying features do not require parental consent)
Click here for the NSWFDCA Photographic/Image Release Authorisation form, which must be completed and uploaded with your entry;
All photos should demonstrate best practices, including SunSafe and WH&S practices and positively represent FDC.
By submitting a photo(s), you give permission for NSWFDCA to use the image(s), including but not limited to,
- Social Media
- Website
- Promotional Material
- Newsletters
- Advertising
And forgo any royalties, commissions or remuneration for the use of the image. Images used
will reference the name of the FDC Service.
Entrants enter a draw to win one of five Indigenous Education resource packages worth $150 each.
Winners will be drawn randomly from the pool of entrants no more than 7 days after the end of the promotion.
Winners will be notified no later than 7 days after the draw. Prizes will be sent to winners via Australia post.
Winners will be announced on the NSWFDCA website and Social Media pages and contacted directly via email.
