Dear Members,
A new constitution is required to change the New South Wales Family Day Care Association’s legal structure from an Incorporated Association to a Company Limited by Guarantee. Following expressions of interest, a Reference Group has been formed to work with Non Profit Training to help guide the development of the new constitution.
We would like to thank the following members for being part of the Reference Group:
- Sharon Dodd-Gilhooly (Waverley FDC)
- Jeannie Kuwert (Northern Rivers FDC)
- Patricia Marson (Armidale FDC)
- Jenelle Ycas (Five Star FDC)
The draft new constitution will be circulated to members for review and comment.
There will also be an opportunity to learn more about the proposed changes at the following Member Information Sessions, scheduled for 14 August 2025 at 10am-11am, 12.30pm-1.30pm, and 3pm-4pm. An invitation will be sent out shortly.
