All ECEC professionals will have a time where they need to have a difficult conversation with a family or carer, and it can be a daunting task. Being prepared for these difficult conversations can make a huge difference to your ongoing relationship with families.
This session provides great practical strategies on how to ensure open communication and maintain respectful and effective partnerships with the families at your service. We will discuss some common topics that prove challenging, how to promote your professional knowledge and experience, and how to come to a resolution to benefit the child.
