As you may be aware, the legal structure of the New South Wales Family Day Care Association (NSWFDCA) is in the process of transitioning from an Incorporated Association to a Company Limited by Guarantee.
To ensure you are supported throughout this important change, we have developed a dedicated webpage in the Members Area titled “Transition from Association to Company Limited by Guarantee.”
This page will serve as your central source for:
- Timely updates on the transition process
- Access to key documents and resources
- Opportunities to engage and provide feedback
