We stand with Reconciliation Australia in their mission to promote a just, equitable, and reconciled nation.

Acknowledging that reconciliation is an ongoing journey, we are committed to playing an active role in fostering respect, trust, and positive relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and the broader Australian community.

Through the development and implementation of our Reconciliation Action Plans (RAP), we formalise our dedication to creating opportunities for First Nations peoples, addressing historical injustices, and advancing a shared future built on mutual understanding.

Guided by the principles outlined by Reconciliation Australia, our RAP ensures that we take meaningful and sustainable actions toward cultural learning, inclusive practices, and community engagement. By embedding these values into our everyday practices, we strive to make a positive and lasting impact on the journey towards reconciliation.

This, our second RAP, outlines the steps we are taking to promote understanding, recognition, and support for First Nations communities, both within our organisation and the wider community.
