BOARD OF MANAGEMENT

The NSWFDCA Board is responsible for ensuring that the organisation meets legal requirements and oversights strategic planning for future viability. Full members of NSWFDCA are eligible to nominate individuals from their service to become NSWFDCA Board members.

The NSWFDCA Board usually meets monthly and consists of the President, Secretary, Treasurer, two Ordinary Members and the organisation’s CEO.

The organisation also holds state membership meetings quarterly which are attended by full member services. Minutes of these meetings are distributed to all members.
