Healthy Eating and Safe Food Handling

This session will refresh your skills and knowledge about how to plan menus that incorporate healthy food within the Nutritional Guidelines for 0-6-year-old children.  It will demonstrate how to cook with children, explain how to encourage healthy eating habits, and support fussy eaters.  It also covers important hygiene practices surrounding food preparation and how to manage children’s allergies and intolerances.
